SABCO Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s financial operations.

Requirements

• CA Intermediate / MBA Finance / M.Com Finance
• 15–20 years of experience in Manufacturing and Trading industries
• 10–15 years of experience as a Finance Manager preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance
• Expertise in financial analysis, cash flow management, and cost control
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Male candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the group
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory regulations, and audit requirements
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
