Star Chemicals is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Chemical and Cosmetics industry.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or M.Sc. Chemistry
• 4–6 years of experience in the Chemical and Cosmetics industry
• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
• Male candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Identify and acquire new clients in the chemical and cosmetics sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company
• Coordinate with production, marketing, and technical teams to meet customer requirements
• Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and market updates
