Scent Factory – Thrissur is looking for a confident and customer-oriented Tele Caller Executive to join our team.

Requirements

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM and Tele Calling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads effectively
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer data management
• Strong persuasion and customer relationship-building skills
• Female candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer requests
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Explain products, offers, and services to customers
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Prepare call reports and customer feedback records
